DELIVERY RATES – UK MAINLAND:

Delivery usually takes 2-4 working days (UK only) from receipt of your order. The couriers we use are DPD, Royal Mail, Hermes, Parcelforce, DHL & UPS dependant on the weight of your order and all orders are tracked. Please allow delays over the Christmas period.

UK Standard delivery (2-4 days) £6.95 for orders to Mainland UK
Orders will be dispatched Monday–Friday (excluding bank or public holidays)

Free shipping over £100 to all Mainland UK, excluding large items and furniture
Larger items i.e furniture are despatched using UPS, DHL or Parcelforce tracked.

Our environmental promise – About our packaging

Our boxes are environmentally friendly, strong cardboard boxes and some boxes may be reused if in good condition.
Made from reinforced single wall cardboard
Equivalent strength to double wall boxes, but use less material
Made from recycled materials – Excluding any boxes we reuse
Our void fill chips are 100% biodegradable and become soluble when saturated with water
